1. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions
2. Two Fish Canvas Art will return your original material (except where that material is obscene and has been rejected) along with your completed order and whilst every step will be taken to safeguard it, you send it to us at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to it during transit or by another reason beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any intrinsic value beyond the basic value of the material upon which your original is produced.
3. You agree to allow Two Fish Canvas Art to archive your digital images. You give permission for Two Fish Canvas Art to have a photographic record of your finished canvas for use as examples of finished canvases on our website.
4. You must have the right or permission to reproduce any image you send to Two Fish Canvas Art.
5. Two Fish Canvas Art has the right to decline an order if it is believed to breach copyright, is offensive or obscene.
6. You will indemnify Two Fish Canvas Art against any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to Two Fish Canvas Art.
7. The preview service is intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image for composition purposes mainly. Due to variables between the customers screen and our calibrated reproduction process, we cannot guarantee an exact recreation of the colour balance of either the original image or the on screen proof.
8. Two Fish Canvas Art cannot accept any responsibility for quality issues other than those arising from faulty manufacturing or printing. The quality and composition of the supplied original is the responsibility of the customer and goods will not be replaced due to issues arising from the nature of the original.
   
9. Orders will normally be fulfilled within 10 days of receipt of initial order or originals. Any delay by the customer in responding to the proofing e-mail will cause a corresponding delay in fulfilling the order. When payment is by cheque the ordering cycle will be deemed to start from the point where payment clears into our account. Two Fish Canvas Art reserves the right to deliver within 21 days of receipt of order if dictated by unforeseen circumstances, after which time the option of a full refund is available.
10. If a parcel is returned to Two Fish Canvas Art by the couriers, we will arrange redispatch at a cost of $15.00. This covers the cost charged by the couriers of returning the parcel to Two Fish Canvas Art and redelivering to the customer. Redelivery will not be made until payment is received.
